PFZ

Our porcelain-fused-to-zirconia (PFZ) restorations are an esthetic alternative to porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crowns. Unlike metal-based options, PFZ crowns and bridges never experience unnatural discoloration or other esthetic challenges. Our laboratory technicians craft these restorations in-house by layering porcelain over a durable zirconia substructure. Zirconia is naturally translucent, which allows for a warmer and more lifelike coloration than other options that utilize metal for underlying durability.
